Căn cứ Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân
(Pursuant to Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection)

1. Thu thập dữ liệu (Data Collection)

Chúng tôi chỉ thu thập các dữ liệu tối thiểu phục vụ cho việc vận hành dịch vụ: Email, Tên hiển thị, Lịch sử học tập, Điểm thi và Lịch sử giao dịch. Chúng tôi KHÔNG lưu trữ thông tin thẻ tín dụng của khách hàng.
(We only collect minimal data required for service operation: Email, Display Name, Study History, Exam Scores, and Transaction History. We DO NOT store customers' credit card information.)

2. Mục đích xử lý (Purpose of Processing)

Dữ liệu cá nhân chỉ được sử dụng để: (1) Cung cấp lộ trình học tập cá nhân hóa AI; (2) Xử lý giao dịch; (3) Gửi thông báo dịch vụ; (4) Tuân thủ yêu cầu của pháp luật.
(Personal data is strictly used to: (1) Provide AI-personalized learning paths; (2) Process transactions; (3) Send service notifications; (4) Comply with legal requirements.)

3. Quyền của chủ thể dữ liệu (Rights of Data Subjects)

Người dùng có quyền yêu cầu trích xuất, chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa vĩnh viễn dữ liệu cá nhân (Right to be forgotten) bằng cách gửi yêu cầu về email trong nước: info@miolingo.app (hoặc quốc tế: info@miolingo.app). Yêu cầu sẽ được xử lý trong vòng 72 giờ làm việc.
(Users have the right to request extraction, rectification, or permanent deletion of personal data by emailing info@miolingo.app or info@miolingo.app. Requests will be processed within 72 working hours.)

4. Dữ liệu của trẻ em dưới 16 tuổi (Children Under 16)

Miolingo có người dùng là trẻ em. Theo Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP, trẻ em là người dưới 16 tuổi, và việc xử lý dữ liệu của trẻ em cần sự đồng ý của cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ; với trẻ từ 7 tuổi trở lên thì cần cả sự đồng ý của chính trẻ.
(Miolingo has child users. Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, a child is a person under 16. Processing a child's personal data requires consent from a parent or guardian; for children aged 7 and above, the child's own consent is also required.)

Chúng tôi hỏi năm sinh ngay khi tạo tài khoản để xác định độ tuổi. Tài khoản dưới 16 tuổi cần người lớn xác nhận trước khi lưu dữ liệu lên hệ thống, và bị giới hạn các tính năng mang tính xã hội — không có bảng xếp hạng công khai, không kết bạn, không nhắn tin, không thưởng tiền mặt. Việc học tập không bị giới hạn gì.
(We ask for birth year at sign-up to determine age. Accounts under 16 require an adult's confirmation before data is stored, and have social features restricted — no public leaderboards, no friends, no messaging, no cash rewards. Learning features are not restricted.)

Cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ có quyền xem, yêu cầu sửa, rút lại sự đồng ý và yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu của con bất cứ lúc nào qua email info@miolingo.app (hoặc quốc tế: info@miolingo.app). Khi sự đồng ý bị rút lại, chúng tôi dừng xử lý và xoá dữ liệu theo quy định.
(Parents or guardians may view, request correction of, withdraw consent for, and request deletion of their child's data at any time via info@miolingo.app or info@miolingo.app. Upon withdrawal, we stop processing and delete the data as required.)

5. Nơi lưu trữ và chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài (Data Storage & Cross-Border Transfer)

Để vận hành dịch vụ, dữ liệu của người dùng được lưu trữ và xử lý bởi các nhà cung cấp hạ tầng đặt ngoài lãnh thổ Việt Nam:
(To operate the service, user data is stored and processed by infrastructure providers located outside Vietnam:)

Supabase (Singapore) — cơ sở dữ liệu tài khoản, tiến độ học tập, giao dịch (account database, learning progress, transactions)
Vercel — vận hành trang web (website hosting)
Cloudflare R2 — lưu trữ tệp âm thanh và hình ảnh (audio and image files)
Upstash — bộ nhớ đệm và chống truy cập quá mức (cache and rate limiting)
Resend — gửi email xác thực và thông báo (verification and notification emails)
Google — khi người dùng chọn đăng nhập bằng tài khoản Google (when signing in with Google)

Khi người dùng chọn đăng nhập bằng Google, chúng tôi chỉ nhận địa chỉ email, tên hiển thị và ảnh đại diện. Chúng tôi không truy cập Gmail, Danh bạ, Lịch hay bất kỳ dữ liệu nào khác trong tài khoản Google.
(When signing in with Google, we receive only email address, display name and profile picture. We do not access Gmail, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google account data.)

6. Thời gian lưu trữ (Retention)

Dữ liệu tài khoản được lưu trong suốt thời gian tài khoản còn hoạt động. Khi người dùng yêu cầu xoá, dữ liệu cá nhân sẽ được xoá; riêng bản ghi giao dịch được giữ lại ở dạng không gắn với danh tính, theo nghĩa vụ lưu sổ sách kế toán.
(Account data is retained while the account is active. Upon a deletion request, personal data is deleted; transaction records are retained in a de-identified form to meet accounting record-keeping obligations.)
